FAQs
BUY, BOOK & CANCEL
Book a class
You will need to register and buy a class or class pack before you can book online.
Wait list
If a class is full you can join the wait list and we will let you know if a space becomes available.
Managing and cancelling bookings
You’re free to manage, reschedule and cancel your class bookings via the website or App. Just make sure to do so with at least 12 hours to spare to avoid loosing your class credit.
BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER CLASS
What to wear?
We suggest wearing clothes that allow your body to move freely: soft and stretchy with no zips or buttons; please do not wear jewelry.
Reformer Pilates: grip socks are mandatory for hygiene and safety reasons. If you forget to bring them or you don't have any, you can purchase a pair at the studio.
Mat Pilates/Barre/Yoga: you can choose to practice barefoot or wearing grip socks.
Reformer, mats and props
Before class we encourage you to sanitize your hands and after class, we will ask you to clean your reformer, mat and props with the provided disinfectant and towels.
Injuries or limitations
If you’re working with any injuries or limitations, make your instructor aware before the start of class for modifications.
When to arrive?
The studio doors will open 10 minutes before the class starts. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. If it’s your first time, please be 10 minutes early. Out of consideration for the instructor, other users, and also for your own safety (the warm-up is an important aspect of each class) please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you will not be able to join.
The studio
The studio is shoe-free with designated areas upon entering to leave your shoes.
There is a changing room in case you need it; we don't have showers.
We ask that you bring minimal belongings to help keep areas clear and your personal items safe.
Mobile Phones
We know that life is full, and it’s hard to switch off but class time is precious for you and everyone else.
We request that you leave your phone on silent throughout class and face down . Phone use is not permitted during class.
What to bring?
Please bring a (reusable) water bottle and a towel if you'd like.
How often should I attend classes to see results?
This can vary depending on your personal goals, but we generally recommend attending 2-3 classes per week.
Language
All classes are in Portuguese, unless stated otherwise.
If you don't speak/understand the language, the instructor may be able to adapt according to the languages he/she is able to speak. Please check at the time of the booking.
